    El presente trabajo trata de determinar las relaciones existentes entre arte e industria en el Madrid del siglo XVIII. Al análisis, contradictorio a veces, de los conceptos "obrador-taller" y "fábrica-manufactura" sigue una enumeración de las principales fábricas, talleres y escuelas de arte decorativo establecidas en la Corte a lo largo del siglo XVIII, consignándose, además de su localización urbana, el año de fundación y los nombres de sus respectivos directores artísticos.

    This work tries to determine the existing relations between art and industry in 18 th Century Madrid. To the sometimes contradictory analysis ofthe "workshop" and "manufacture" concepts, follows the enumeration of the principal factories, workshops an decorative art schools that were established in the Court throughout the 18 th Century. Also recorded were their urban location, the foundation year, and the names of their respective artistic directors.
