The Irish manuscripts were written down in Gaelic during the first centuries AC with basis on ancient Celtic oral stories and myths dating from pre-Christian times. The author has analysed those manuscripts trying to detect possible signs of the existence of prehistorical relations between the Celts of Galicia in present North- West Spain and those of Ireland. The evidence thus collected seems to indicate that this type of connection did indeed exist. These findings corroborate those previously obtained by both Spanish and Irish historians and archaeologists.
