Resumen de Autoconcepto físico y motivación deportiva en chicos y chicas adolescentes

En este estudio se analizan las relaciones entre el estilo de socialización familiar, el Clima familiar deportivo, el Clima deportivo de los iguales, la Motivación hacia la práctica deportiva y el autoconcepto físico en adolescentes. La muestra está constituida por 105 unidades familiares formadas por padre, madre e hijo/a, con un total de 305 sujetos. Los resultados muestran que el Clima familiar deportivo y el Clima deportivo de los iguales tienen un efecto en la Motivación hacia la práctica deportiva en chicos, mientras que en las chicas no se ha observado ningún efecto. En este sentido se ha constatado que la Motivación hacia la práctica deportiva tiene fuentes distintas en el caso de las chicas.

In this study the relations among the style of family socialization, the family sports climate, the peers sports climate, the motivation towards the sports practice and the physical self-concept in teenagers are analysed. The sample is constituted by 105 family units integrated y father, mother and son or daughter, with a whole of 305 subjects. The results show that whereas the family sports climate and the peers sports climate an effect on the Motivation towards the sports practice in boys, but in the girls the above mentioned effects have not been situated, which indicates that the motivation towards the sports practice has different sources in case of the girls.
