La lucha de los profesionales del Trabajo Social ha tenido siempre relación con el reconocimiento social y con la ampliación de espacios de nivelación respecto a la concreción de la justicia social, especialmente referidos a las clases sociales menos favorecidas, al desarrollo de la conciencia de derechos, a la obtención de mejores niveles formativos. Desde este ángulo han sido varios los intentos realizados en favor del acceso a la licenciatura que , por otra parte, en este momento se ven desbordados por los nuevos planteamientos de la convergencia europea; una situación de reforma que trasciende los límites nacionales y nos propone nuevas reglas de juego. Curiosidad, incertidumbre, expectativa, el mundo profesional del Trabajo Social advierte que el momento presente requiere de él un posicionamiento y un respuesta.

The fights o the Social Work professionals have always had relation with the social acknowledgement and the enlargement of levelling spaces in respect to the specification of the social justice, especially referred to the less favoured social classes, to the development of the rights conciseness, for the obtaining of better educative levels. From this angle, thera have been several tries done in favour to the access to the University Degree that, on the other hand, in this right moment see themseves overloadedwith the new structure of the European convergence; a reform situation that trespass the national limits and proposes us new rules for the game. Curiosity, uncertainty, expectations, the professional world Social Work senses that the present moment requires of it a position and an answer.
