    Ante conflictos con hijos o alumnos se pueden tomar dos tipos de medidas. Por un lado, se encuentran las directivas, entre las cuales se pueden diferenciar 7 tipos distintos, entre los que encontramos: juzgar, cortar, minimizar… Por otro lado, están las medidas no directivas, de las cuales también hay 7 tipos y podemos encontrar: silencio/espera, monosílabos, etc. ¿Pero qué tipo es mejor para solucionar un conflicto? En el siguiente artículo se expone una investigación con padres y madres y su recorrido por ambos métodos, para poder llegar a un punto de encuentro entre ambas.

    In the event of conflicts with children or students, two types of measures can be taken. On the one hand, there are the directives, among which we can differentiate 7 different types, among which we find: judge, cut, minimize. . . On the other hand, there are the non-directive measures, of which there are also 7 types and we can find: silence/wait, monosyllables, etc. ¿But which type is better at solving a conflict? In the following article we present a research with parents and their journey through both methods, in order to reach a meeting point between them.
