Nosología y nosografía psicoanalíticas: Del Babel al operativismo

    En este trabajo presento una crítica sobre la situación de la Nosología y Nosografía Psicoanalílicas. Me baso para ello, en la multiplicidad conceptual existente, to que provoca una situación confusional, que no ha permitido el desarrollo de una Nosología y Nosografía que sean comúnmente aceptadas por las diversas escuelas, lo que dificulta el entendimiento y la investigación en este terreno. Realizo una aproximación al porqué de este desconcierto, abogo por una operativización de tos conceptos y por el desarrollo de proyectos de investigación en el campo del Psicoanálisis y de la Psicoterapia Psicoanalítica.

    Presento así mismo una breve muestra de las líneas de investigación a nivel mundial en este terreno y específicamente de los intentos realizados en este país y, concretamente, de los desarrollados en el Centro Psicoanalítico de Madrid, tanto en los intentos de delimitación conceptual, evaluación clínica, así como de los protocolos de evaluación terapéutica

    In this work I show a criticism about the situation of the Psichoanalytic Nosology and Nosography. The base of this, is the being of a confusional situation, provoked by the conceptual multiplicity, that hasn't allowed the development of a Nosology and a Nosography accepted by the differente Schools. All of this impede the understanding and the research in this área.

    I am doing an approach to the reasons of this disagreement. I plead for an operativitation of the concepts and for the development of proyects of researchs in the field of the Psichoanalysis and the psichoanalytic Psichotherapy.

    I also show a brief sample of the ways of research in this área all over the worid, specifically ¡n this country, and particularly the attemps of conceptual delimitations, clinical evaluation and the design of protocols of therapeutical evaluation carried out by the Psichoanalitic centre of Madrid.
