    En los últimos años se hacen realizado múltiples reformas educativas en España. Sin embargo, todas ellas se han llevado a cabo sin el conseso social deseable, así como sin la implicación de los agentes educativos inmediatos, los docentes. Por tanto, si se considera a la educación como un derecho de todos, también debiera serlo su propia mejora. En este artículo Vílchez trata el tema como la diversidad cultural, las nuevas tecnologías o la convivencia como elementos necesarios en dicha reforma.

    In recent years, many educational reforms have been carried out in Spain. However, all of them have been carried out without the desired social consensus, as well as without the involvement of the immediate educational agents, the teachers. Therefore, if education is considered a right for all, its own improvement should be considered as a human right too. In this article Vílchez suggests the theme of cultural diversity, new technologies or coexistence as necessary elements in this reform.
