    El ser humano vive en sociedad porque está preparado para ello. No obstante, este hecho no es fácil en muchas ocasiones, pues supone hacer frente y superar distintos obstáculos y/o diferencias. Aplicado este tema a la educación, se afirma que la comunidad educativa debería formar un equipo en el que cada uno de sus integrantes estuvieran unidos, comunicados y coordinados entre ellos.
