    Usando la metáfora del trapecista, la autora pretende reflexionar sobre la dificultad que encuentran algunos padres a la hora de conciliar la vida familiar con la profesional. Principalmente enfoca el problema que tienen las mujeres hoy en día y aporta distintos testimonios de madres que viven esta situación. Además, también se centra en cómo los niños afrontan la ausencia de sus padres y concluye con algunas ideas de cómo la familia puede encontrar el equilibrio adecuado entre la vida personal y la laboral.

    Using the metaphor of the trapeze artist, the author intends to reflect on the difficulty that some parents find when they have to reconciling their family and professional life. She mainly focuses on the problem that women have today and provides different testimonies of mothers living in this situation. In addition, it also focuses on how children confront the absence of their parents and conclude with some tips of how can the whole family do in order to find the right balance between family and professional life .
