This study deals with the use of personal pronouns-as-subject in sentences and cluses in Euripides san Seneca. This work is based on the principles of pragmatique énonciative which deals with the sources of the utterance and it has a three-fold division. In the first part, we examine the PPS within the sequence and the structure of the speech. The second part deals with the PPS within the unfolding of the plot in Eurides and Seneca's plays and the third part is devoted to PPS within the writing of these plays.
