  • Resumen
    • The author of this article studies the relation between the mythological personality of the god Cronos-Saturnus and his planet. Certainly some astrological properties of the planet Saturnus come from the physical qualities attributed to it by the Greeks. But in general almost al! the astrological influences of this planet, as reflected on the technical and literary texts of Greece and Rome, concern the god. They have to do with the Cronos/Saturnus legend, in particular with the role of the god as father of the Olympics and with his attitude to the sons, such as with the different sides of his cult and religion.
