Esta comunicación presenta argumentos de tipo epistemológico y jurídico sobre la necesidad de impartir la asignatura de Etica dentro del marco curricular de las Escuelas Universitarias de Magisterio. Se marcan los objetivos de esta disciplina, así como los contenidos posibles y previsibles. Area a la que se adscribía dicha materia. Y, por último, una bibliografía y documentación amplia sobre los contenidos referentes a la Educación Moral.

This paper presents reasonings from epistemological and juridical aspects about the need of giving the Ethics subject in the curriculum frame of 'Escuelas Universitarias de Magisterio'. The aims of this subject are pointed out and the possible and foreseeable contents, as well as the area of the subject and lastly bibliografy and wide documentation about the contents of Moral Education.
