The high number of Greek texts stored since 5th century b. C. that talk about the relationships between person and State shows that this topic was deeply interesting. The basic questions focused are: can the person alone rebel against the State laws? And, can power reach such a perfection that cannot be faced up by the citizens? From the analysis of texts we can conclude that for its writers it is essential the person submissionto the laws, because otherwise the State would not subsist. The system's flaws can be reduced in democratical conditions, as changes in power guarantee equality.
