Resumen de Burnout en profesionales de enfermería de Centros Hospitalarios

En este trabajo se estudio el burnout y algunos de los factores demográficos y organizacionales comúnmente asociados al estrés laboral en el personal de enfermería de centros hospitalarios. los resultados muestran que la incidencia del burnout es moderada y menor que la encontrada en otros estudios. Además, se encuentran relaciones significativas y positivas entre burnout y problemas físicos; y negativos entre burnout con satisfacción laboral y con clima laboral.

This study examined the levels of burnout and other posible associated factors in nursing professionals. The results showed that level of burnout is low or modérate in relation to others research. There are positive relations among burnout and physical problems, ond negative relations between burnout and job satisfaction and climate. Then we can say a low iob safisfaction, an inadecuate climate and frecuently physical problems will predispose nurses to burnout
