    El año del 50, Aniversario de las Reglas Mínimas para el tratamiento de los reclusos, constituye el trabajo el principal elemento de la readaptación social de los reclusos. Nuestro Sistema Social ha insertado los principios de las Naciones Unidas en su política reeducativa. Bajo esta perspectiva, los organismos que integran el engranaje Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, Ministerio del Interior, Tribunales Populares, Comisiones de Atención y Prevención Social y Juez Ejecutor entre otras instituciones trabajan mancomunadamente en aras de satisfacer las exigencias laborales de los reclusos, dígase dentro de los establecimientos penitenciarios, como fuera de estos ya sea por el cumplimiento efectivo de la sanción impuesta por el tribunal competente, o por la conclusión de la misma en términos de libertad provisional.

    The year of the 50th, Anniversary of the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, the work is the main element of the social rehabilitation of prisoners. Our social system has embedded the principles of the United Nations as a political re-education. From this perspective, the agencies comprising the gear Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of the Interior, People's Courts, Commissions and Social Care and Prevention Judge Executioner among other institutions work together in order to meet the labor demands of the inmates, say within correctional facilities, and outside these either on the effective enforcement of the penalty imposed by the competent court or by the conclusion of it in terms of parole.
