The purpose of this present is that all justice operators (PNP, Prosecutor's Office and Judicial Power) internalize that within their performance in dealing with a case of violence against a woman or members of the family group, they do so with due diligence that merits these cases, having as its main axis: the Precautionary Principle, keeping in mind from the beginning that the complaint is filed, said victim requires our attention and protection in an immediate and timely manner, without any delay or prior formality, which implies that in the face of mere suspicion, immediate action must be taken, adopting the protection measures to be carried out urgently, in order to avoid fatal consequences, because it has been proven that many times, by omitting said assistance, the victims are subjects of such serious crimes, such as Femicide, which is evidenced by the figures that are increasing each year. In the T.U.O. of Law No. 30364 is not included as a guiding principle: The Precautionary Principle, so it is proposed that it be included as such within said special law.
