The continuous monitoring implies a permanent evaluation to the educational process, it requires the use of methods and tools that facilitate its measurement and documentation as a process, the evaluation consists of collecting data on what they know and what can be created with what they have learned; this provides useful information to the context or that which may hinder it (UNESCO, 2019). The objective to make feasible the development of a mobile application (now App) that assists the teacher of Regular Basic Education (now RBE) in the continuous monitoring of students' achievement of competencies. The method applies a sample of 28 teachers in RBE for the initial, primary and secondary levels; questionnaire type survey with dichotomous structure and scale. The results show that 100% of teachers validated the App as a collaborator in the continuous monitoring of the achievement of competencies, it was associated as an institutional digital tool and other percentages favored its design. It is concluded that development of the App is feasible.
