    Las organizaciones educativas requieren de estrategias metodológicas innovadoras que les ayude en la mejora de la calidad de servicio docente, más aún en esta época de pandemia del Covid-19 sean capaces de responder a las cambiantes exigencias del entorno. No solo tratamos de que las entidades educativas se adapten al cambio social actual, sino que sean capaces de anticipar las diversas situaciones y buscar alternativas de solución. El desarrollo de estrategias metodológicas efectivamente nos va a permitir hacer frente a todo tipo de desafíos que la actual situación de pandemia nos proponga.  En este artículo realizamos un análisis cualitativo del desarrollo de procesos de aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas y su beneficio en la calidad de servicio educativo que estas brindan.

    Educational organizations require innovative methodological strategies to help them improve the quality of teaching service, even more so in this time of the Covid-19 pandemic, they are capable of responding to the changing demands of the environment. We not only try that educational entities adapt to current social change, but also that they are capable of anticipating different situations and looking for alternative solutions. The development of methodological strategies will effectively allow us to face all kinds of challenges posed by the current pandemic situation. In this article we carry out a qualitative analysis of the development of learning processes in educational institutions and their benefit in the quality of educational service they provide.
