This article aims to systematically analyze the quality of dental education for students with disabilities in Latin America, identifying structural and physical barriers such as visual, cervical, and auditory impairments. A review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRI) method, based on literature from the last six years (2020-2025), assessing limitations, methodological strategies, and the quality standards of universities. This research is based on the social model of disability, drawing on research from the last six years from reliable databases such as SCOPUS, SciELO, and Web of Science. The study identified emerging categories, such as the barriers not residing within the student, but rather in the lack of adequate infrastructure, teaching methodology, and regulatory standards. The need to align with Sustainable Development Goal 4 within international legal frameworks is argued to achieve equity and inclusive professional development. The aim is to demonstrate the actions of the faculties in response to the physical disability of the student; with suitable environments, adaptation of the dental teaching clinics and teacher training for future dentists
