  • The Suhar archaeological society has, during this year, carried out a stratigraphic sondage campaign in Xenpelar cave, located in the municipality of Renteria. During the said intervention, materials of little archaeological interest and low defining value were uncovered, which means that although the existence of a site has been confirmed, no welldefined levels have been found and the decision has been made to halt the excavation work in the area.
