This study analyses the potential of the PNOA’s LiDAR data for the topographical interpretation of the funerary landscape associated with the Phoenician-Punic site of Castillo de Doña Blanca (Cádiz), with particular focus on the Necropolis of Las Cumbres. The processing of LiDAR data has enabled the generation of a high-resolution Digital Elevation Model, analysed using GIS-based relief enhancement techniques. The results have made it possible to identify microtopographical anomalies consistent with burial mounds and to redefine the extent and spatial organisation of the necropolis, documenting a significantly higher number of potential mounds compared to previous studies. The study highlights the value of LiDAR as a non-invasive tool for the research and management of archaeological heritage, establishing a methodological basis for future surveys and geoarchaeological analyses.
