This essay explores the ontological relationship between education and justice, proposing an epistemological shift that moves justice from its role as an ideal distributive premise toward its consideration as an effect (effectus) of pedagogical action. Employing the anadialectical method, it questions the sufficiency of the Rawlsian paradigm in the face of the drama of situated injustice. It argues that education constitutes justice when it operates as an ontological reparation through the praxis of transmission. From this perspective, the analysis focuses on the qualitative distinction between «sameness» and «the common», maintaining that justice does not lie in the unified homogenization of trajectories but in the construction of a common arkhé understood as a historical and symbolic point of arrival. Through a gift that does not install debt, transmission enables subjects to inscribe their own word where inherited narratives are insufficient in the face of life precariousness. The work concludes that education-as-justice produces the social bond necessary for the whole to be common from diversity, interrupting the reproductive inertia of sameness.
