    El trabajo que presentamos tiene por objeto intentar demostrar la existencia de unos acuerdos internacionales entre Tulo Hostilio y los latinos; lo que, posteriormente, nos ha llevado a preguntarnos por los latinos a los que se refiere, los aspectos formales del tratado, su contenido y los hechos que dieron lugar a su ruptura.

    The aim of this study is to attempt to demonstrate the existence of international agreements between Tullus Hostilius and the Latins; this has subsequently led us to consider which Latins he was referring to, the formal aspects of the treaty, its content, and the events that led to its breakdown.
