The still current predominance of the use of non-renewable sources for the generation and consumption of electricity brings with it concerns of an economic and environmental nature. Consequently, it is necessary to invest in clean sources to improve the energy matrix. An alternative in this context is the potential of Geothermal Energy, object of study of the present work, whose objective is to evaluate the geothermal potential of the subsoil of Ouro Verde - SP, by monitoring temperatures for five sensors, at different depths: 0.0m (room temperature), 1.5m, 3.0m, 4.5m and 6.0m. The study resulted in an analysis of thermal stability favorable to the deeper sensors, with average temperatures very close to the annual average of the city under study. Therefore, Geothermal Energy proved to have a high potential for use, to improve the Indoor Climate Control, in a hybrid way with the existing systems.
