  • Resumen
    • This study examines the relationship between workation, swarm intelligence, psychological capital and Gen Z perceived employee wellness. Non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique was used in the present research study. A sample size of 425 Gen Z professionals from across India’s Information technology sector was considered. The self-administered questionnaire was deployed for the survey and data collection. The sub-constructs and item statements in the questionnaire were based on the prior established studies. The data collected were analysed using structural equation modelling. The key finding of the study indicates that workation had a strong positive effect on perceived wellness, swarm intelligence and psychological capital, also had a significant direct effect on perceived employee wellness of Gen Z employees. The indirect effect portrays the partial mediation effect of swarm intelligence, and psychological capital between workation and perceived employee wellness among Gen Z employees.
