Resumen de La inmigración en España. Nuevos retos y encrucijadas

  A partir de los cambios producidos en España en el ámbito sociopolítico presentamos algunas reflexiones que ayuden a generar respuestas ante el reto de la inmigración. Así la génesis de las propias autonomías crea contrapoderes que frenan la creación de redes compartidas. La escasez de expertos, especialmente en temas de lengua y cultura árabes entorpecen la toma de decisiones, con los países de nuestro entorno mediterráneo. El empleo, por otra parte de medios electrónicos de comunicación e información relativiza la ausencia del inmigrante creando una nueva forma de ser y estar. Distinguimos dos niveles de dinámica entre el Estado y la sociedad que crean realidades complejas, la interacción negativa de ambos puede crear espacios independientes que pongan en peligro, entre otros, la concepción de la interculturalidad. La aceptación de los derechos humanos de los inmigrantes, es otra perspectiva, a tener en cuenta.

  Starting from the changes shaped iin Spain at socio-political level we are presenting some reflections that help to generate answers with regard to the challenge of the immigration. The local community generate anti-establishment movement that brake the creation of collective networks. The scarcity of expert, especially in topics of Arb language and culture benumb the take of decisions with the countries of our Mediterranean setting. On the other hand, the use of information and coommunication technologies plays down the presence of the immigrant creating a new way of being and to be. We distinguish tow levels of dynamics between State and Society that generate complex realities; the negative interacion of both can create independent places that endanger, between others, the conception of the intercultural reality. The recogniton of the human rights of the immigrants is other perspective to consider.
