  • Resumen
    • The Smart Paesi of Cozzano is a research program result on the development of a smart territory led by the University of Corsica and the municipality of Cozzano in Southern Corsica, France. It is considered a smart village and is recognized among 15 good practices throughout Europe. But at a time of climate change, is this smart territory resilient? In this paper, we first clarify the concepts of smart territory and resilience. We then propose a conceptual framework for the analysis of resilience based on the meshing of temporal dynamics and the definition of reference subsystems. We then apply this analytical framework to the Smart Paesi and propose some recommendations for the evolution of the Smart Paesi towards a resilient territory.
