    Los estudios sobre sinestesia han contribuido a la investigación sobre la percepción, la comunicación, el arte y la creatividad. La fotografía, a su vez, ha impulsado cambios significativos en las relaciones sociales, la cultura visual y en la creación de nuevas imá- genes. Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar las principales actividades y diálogos sobre fotografía y sinestesia durante una visita técnica1 al Máster de Dibujo: Ilustración, Cómic y Creación Audiovisual de la Universidad de Granada. El texto se estructura de la siguiente manera: a) introducción a los posibles diálogos entre fotografía y sinestesia, b) presentación de las principales actividades realizadas durante la visita (una confe- rencia sobre el tema y un taller centrado en la creación de narrativas expandidas) y c) consideraciones finales sobre el proceso y los temas abordados. Las conexiones entre fotografía y sinestesia, además de ofrecer nuevas perspectivas para los que abordan ambos elementos por separado, tal vez puedan ayudar a reflexionar sobre los desafíos contemporáneos a la percepción, a la comunicación y a la creación de imágenes. Se espera que compartir este informe pueda contribuir a otros procesos que se relacionen con los temas abordados y a otras experiencias académicas que interconectan docencia, investigación, extensión e internacionalización.

    Studies on synesthesia have contributed to research on perception, communication, art, and creativity. Photography, in turn, has driven significant changes in social rela- tions, visual culture, and the creation of new images. This article aims to present the activities and dialogues on photography and synesthesia conducted during a technical visit to the Master’s Program in Drawing: Illustration, Comic and Audiovisual Creation at the University of Granada. The text is structured as follows: a) introduction to the possible dialogues between photography and synesthesia, b) presentation of the main activities carried out during the visit (a lecture on the topic and a workshop focused on the creation of expanded narratives) and c) final considerations on the process and the topics addressed. The connections between photography and synesthesia, in addition to offering new perspectives for those who approach both elements separately, may perhaps help reflect on contemporary challenges to perception, communication, and image creation. It is hoped that sharing this report may contribute to other processes related to the topics addressed and to other academic experiences that interconnect teaching, research, university extension, and internationalization.
