The purpose of this paper is to show the relevance given to the effective enforcement of final judicial decisions, as a way of materialising the right recognised in favour of a specific person, from a viewpoint in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic and the normative provisions, both organic and procedural, in force in the country. An analysis of precedent and comparative law is used, in dialogue with Cuban judicial work, in order to point out the insufficiencies that hinder the effective fulfilment of the judicial mandate and to emphasise the consistency of the current design of the execution process and, particularly, in the economic injunctions, as new tools that, with the appropriate handling by the legal operators, will undoubtedly contribute to the effectiveness of judicial justice.
