Based on a typology of continuos terracing, the house is designed in an “H” shape composed of two pavilions parallel one to another and to the street, one of which constitutes the front façade, and a third pavilion that connects the other two. The pavilion closest to the street contains the common areas: the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The bedrooms are contained in the parallel pavilion, set back from street. The bar of the “H” allows for communication between the bedrooms and common areas. The H-shape structure is completely suspended, as the slope of the lot descends from one end toward the street, generating patios at several points amidst the closed spaces.
