The purpose of this investigation is ro present the main basic concepts and characteristics about Total Quality policies, in order to increase new alternatives which can provide solutivas to real necessities in the difierent service areas ofan organization. All these, to establish an adequate quality policy in the organization itself The organization culture is one ef the most important factors for an enterprise workforce. Thus, the way an individual, group or organization perceives, thinks andfeels about the problems they have to tace, depends on it, and this is indeed, a pattern ofcustoms, believes, traditions, rites and basic miths that the workers share in the organization.
