    NTRODUCCIÓN: El objetivo de esta investigación desde el área de la Fonoaudiología específica-mente desde el campo de habla es establecer a través de una revisión exhaustiva sobre la evidencia científica de cuál es el test más efectivo para el diagnóstico de la tartamudez infantil METODOS: Revisión sistemática de tipo descriptivo usando la estrategias de búsquedas en diversas bases de datos en una línea de tiempo de 10 años; que fueran estudios en seres humanos, población infantil, para el diseño de la pregunta se utilizó metodología Pico, para evaluar la calidad de la evidencia se determinó el uso del sistema Grades RESULTADOS: esta pesquisa arroja la implementación de un test estandarizado para la valoración del habla a población infantil con presencia de tartamudez este hace referencia al Stuttering Severity Instrumental (SSI) con la evidencia de confiabilidad de GRADE. ANÁLISIS Y DISCUSIÓN: el Stuttering Severity instrumental examina el tartamudeo por medio de la frecuencia, longitud de la frase y tiempo de la longitud de la frase, emitiendo resultados por cada subcomponente a través de las grabaciones de audio realizado a los infantes. CONCLU-SIONES: se evidencia la mínima bibliografía sobre los diferentes métodos de evaluación del habla por lo tanto solo se obtuvo el Stuttering Severity Instrumental, sin embargo, la metodología GRADE demuestra evidencia de manera confiable de las fuentes ingresadas

    INTRODUCTION: The objective of this research from the area of Speech Therapy specifically from the field of speech is to establish through a comprehensive review of the scientific evidence of which is the most effective test for the diagnosis of childhood stuttering. METHODS: Systematic review of descriptive type using search strategies in various databases in a 10-year timeline; that were studies in humans, child population, for the design of the question was used Pico methodology, to evaluate the quality of evidence was determined the use of the Grades system. RESULTS: this research yields the implementation of a standardized test for the assessment of the speaks to children with a stut-tering presence, this refers to Stuttering Instrumental Severity (SSI) with the evidence of reliability of GRADE. ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: the Instrumental Stuttering Severity examines the stutter-ing by means of the frequency, length of the phrase and time of the length of the sentence, emitting results for each subcomponent through the audio recordings made to the infants. CONCLUSIONS: the minimum bibliography on the different methods of speech evaluation is evidenced, therefore only instrumental stuttering was obtained, however, the GRADE methodology reliably demonstrates evi-dence from the sources entered.
