Território e saúde: a extinção do NASF-AB e suas consequências para a atenção básica em Iracema/CE

    O artigo discute a oferta de saúde mental no município de Iracema/CE, frente as legislações publicadas durante os governos Temer-Bolsonaro (Nota Técnica n° 3/2020 e Portaria nº 2.979) que anunciaram o desvinculo entre o NASF (Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família) e a Atenção Básica, como também o corte de recursos. A hipótese central presume a precarização da oferta de cuidado em saúde no município, ao passo que os objetivos buscaram compreender qual lugar o NASF-AB ocupava na atenção em saúde mental no município, bem como a ocorrência ou não do sucateamento, e em caso positivo, como este foi sentido pela população local. Possuindo caráter metodológico quali/quantitativo, na coleta de dados foram aplicados 37 questionários semiestruturados com usuários (31) e profissionais (6) presentes no cotidiano das UBSs – (Unidade Básicas de Saúde) do município durante o mês de agosto de 2022, sendo categorizados e analisados à luz de autores referência das ciências sociais. O estudo em questão é um recorte da dissertação: “As dores que o tempo não cura: impactos na atenção psicossocial em Iracema/CE”, desenvolvida através do (PLANDITES - UERN).

    The article discusses the provision of mental health in the city of Iracema/CE, in view of the legislation published during the Temer-Bolsonaro governments (Technical Note n° 3/2020 and Ordinance n° 2.979) that announced the separation between the NASF (Expanded Family Health Center) and Primary Care, as well as the cut in resources. The central hypothesis assumes the precariousness of the provision of health care in the city, while the objectives sought to understand what place the NASF-AB occupied in mental health care in the city, as well as the occurrence or not of scrapping, and if so, how the local population felt this. Having a qualitative/quantitative methodological character, in the data collection, 37 semi-structured questionnaires were applied with users (31) and professionals (06) presents in the daily life of the UBSs –(Basic Health Units) of the city during August/2022, being categorized and analyzed in the light of reference authors in the social sciences. The study in question is a snippet from the dissertation: “The pain that time does not heal: impacts on psychosocial care in Iracema/CE”, developed through (PLANDITES -UERN).
