A lo largo de la historia, la humanidad ha experimentado avances tecnológicos que han transformado los mercados laborales y sus dinámicas. Desde la Revolución Industrial en el siglo XVIII hasta la automatización moderna y el auge de las computadoras, se ha debatido sobre el impacto de estas innovaciones en el empleo. La inteligencia artificial se está expandiendo en diversas áreas, desde diagnósticos médicos hasta análisis de inversiones. Para sobrevivir en este competitivo mundo, las personas deben prepararse para utilizar estas herramientas. Las instituciones educativas deben formar profesionales con habilidades técnicas y blandas, como comunicación, colaboración y pensamiento crítico. La capacidad de agregar valor será crucial en la nueva revolución tecnológica, y el aprendizaje continuo será esencial para mantenerse actualizado.
