    El objetivo del artículo es reconstruir las posibles definiciones de la justicia social desde los mundos doméstico, mercantil y cívico, desde la teoría de la justificación de Boltanski y Thévenot. A partir de allí, se analizarán las definiciones de justicia social connaturales a la sociedad bienestarista y posbienestarista. Desde el mundo doméstico, se propone un compromiso con el mundo industrial. En el mundo mercantil, se denuncia la justicia social como opresora de la libertad individual. Según el mundo cívico, se debe buscar tener en cuenta el bienestar general de la sociedad. En el Estado de Bienestar la justicia social queda ligada a la norma, mientras que en la sociedad posbienestarista, se observan varias definiciones en disputa.

    The purpose of this paper is to reconstruct the possible definitions of social justice from the domestic, market, and civic worlds, from Boltanski's and Thévenot's theory of justification. Additionally, this article will analyze the definitions of social justice inherent in both welfare and post-welfare societies. The domestic world proposes a compromise with the industrial world, while the market world denounces social justice as oppressive to individual freedom. In the civic world, the general welfare of society is taken into account. In the Welfare State, social justice is linked to the norm, while in the post-welfare society, several definitions are in dispute.
