Resumen de Huellas de violencia en un cráneo de origen morisco

Se estudian las características antropológicas y médicas del cráneo UE/2902 de la necrópolis morisca de Benipeixcar, Gandía, fechado entre los siglos XV y XVI. Es el cráneo de un adulto, varón, de mediana edad. Presenta huellas de muerte violenta por agresión y mutilación de los pabellones auditivos.

In this paper are studied the anthropological and medical characteristics of thecranium UE/2902 that belongs to the Moorish necropolis of Benipeixcar (Gandia). It has beendated in the XVI or XVII centuries. The cranium corresponds to a mature male, of medium age,whit signs of violent death for aggression and the mutilation of the auditories pavilions.
