    • Level of parental conflict and access of the children to both parents are two important factors ofthe child adjust after the divorce. We have raised a study that helps us to determine the appraisalthat there have youngs from families divorced as for the following aspects: level of conflictinterparental, contact with the progenitor guard and do not guard; quality of the relation of theminor with both progenitors, current and in the moment of the separation; and assignment ofcustody. We took a sample of 227 university students whose parents had divorced when they wereminors. Of them, 42 (18.5 %) are males and 185 (81.5 %) women. The age of the participantsranges between 17 and 39 years with an average of 20.78 years (DT = 3.29). Finally, there arediscussed the results observed as for the paternal-affiliated relations after the divorce.
