Educación y nuevas tecnologías: Recorridos y devenires

    Con el presente artículo se pretende realizar una aproximación interpretativa orientada a comprender la necesidad de un nuevo modo de pensar el ser humano en sus vínculos indisolubles con la sociedad, la educación, la cultura y los tiempos -siempre móviles-, trascendiendo el pensamiento simplificador que ha caracterizado a la Modernidad, y que tiene sumido al hombre contemporáneo y a las disciplinas en una profunda crisis.Aunque el futuro es incierto, la humanidad ha reconocido a través del tiempo la existencia defenómenosquehanmodificado lasrelaciones,flujos, comportamientos, actores, procesos y valores que se reproducen, repercuten e identifican en un espacio mundial, generando una nueva forma de vida sobre la Tierra,este es el caso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TICS).Es necesario entonces, concientizarse del recorrido y devenir del hombre frentea la tecnología, su experiencia histórica frente a las paradojas por las cuales ha transitado, desde el proceso modernizador donde se definieron con claridad y rigor“lasestructurasy dimensionesculturales,sociales,económicas y humanas, hasta lo que se ha denominado la Posmodernidad con sus nuevas sensibilidades, actores, intereses y preocupaciones.Las transformaciones significativas a partir de laintroducción de las TICS como nuevas estrategias adoptadas en la cotidianidad del accionar educativo, implican cambios que exigen una reconversión educativa que contemple entre otras condiciones una redefinición y revisión constante de los currícula, para que respondan a las necesidades de una sociedad compleja y en constante movimiento.Ahora bien, mundialmente se ha reconocido que se esta entrando en lasociedad del conocimiento y de la información, momento que reclama de la educación una respuesta adecuada, si ésta no quiere quedarse al margen de los circuitos de comunicación de la cultura y el conocimiento.

    guided to understand the necessity of a new way of thinking of the human being in his indissoluble links with the society, the education, the culture, and the changeable ages, transcending the simplifying thought characterized in the modernity, having the disciplines and the contemporary mankind immersed in a deep crisis.

    Although the future is uncertain, the mankind has recognized through the ages the existence of certain phenomena that have modified the relationships, flows, behaviors, actors, processes and values that reproduce, have repercussion and identify in a universal space, generating a new form of life on Earth; that's the case of the information and communication technologies (ICTs).

    Then, it is essential to become aware of the journey and change of mankind respecting to technology, his historical experience with regard to the paradoxes through he has passed, from the modernizing process in which the structures and cultural, social, economical and human dimensions were defined with “clearness and rigor”, to what it is named the Post modernity with its new sensitivity, actors, interests and worries.

    The meaningful transformations respecting to the introduction of the ICTs as new strategies assumed in the daily educational functioning, involve some changes that demand an educational reconversion that takes into account some conditions as a redefinition and a constant revision of curricula, in order to reply to the needs of a complex society that is in constant motion.

    Nevertheless, the world is coming into the society of knowledge and information, and the education should give an appropriate response if it doesn´t want to stay out of the communication between culture and knowledge.
