    If we are interested in knowing the price of urban properties or rental prices in El Segrià in the 19th-century, a detailed analysis of the properties sold during the confiscation offers a very interesting opportunity. In the region, there was a wide variety of properties, ranging from houses and convents to industrial properties such as mills or ovens. Naturally, 19th-century Lleida, as a provincial capital, needed infrastructure, and now it will find the opportunity to have them.

    Si ens interessa conèixer el preu de les finques urbanes o els preus dels lloguers al Segrià a mitjan segle xix, l’anàlisi detallada de les finques venudes durant la desamortització és una oportunitat molt interessant. A la comarca disposàvem de finques variades, des de les cases o convents a finques industrials com a molins o forns. Naturalment, la Lleida del segle xix, capital de província, necessitava equipaments i ara trobarà l’oportunitat per disposar-ne.
