    La Sindicatura General de la Nación (SIGEN) es el órgano de control interno de la Administración Nacional en Argentina dado que la Administración tiene el deber de controlarse a sí misma. Debe así encarrillar por medio de ella su correcta marcha jurídica y, más específicamente y en lo que nos convoca, evitar la corrupción que corroe el aparato burocrático. La problemática que nos convoca es demostrar que el rol y diseño institucional de la SIGEN en Argentina presentan herramientas deficientes en la lucha contra la corrupción, lo que nos permite sugerir herramientas mejorables en la lucha contra la corrupción, ambas cuestiones bajo un prisma comparatista.

    The General Audit Office of the Nation (SIGEN) is the internal control body of the National Administration in Argentina, since the Administration has the duty to control itself. It must thus guide its correct legal progress and, more specifically and in what brings us together, avoid the corruption that corrodes the bureaucratic machinery. The problem that brings us together is to demonstrate that the role and institutional design of the SIGEN present deficient tools in the fight against corruption, which allows us to suggest gear that can be improved in the fight against corruption both with a comparative approach.
