  • Resumen
    • What does mean to watch a movie? In first place the spectator places itself facing to a constructedreality, a story and an argument. In addition it sees in background the elements whose theprofessionals use to built the narrated story. through this the people learn, reflect and acquirevalues. Films can generate models and they are also a mirror of reality. The movies offer a widefield to obtain human knowledge. So, our current proposal is to study and describe the main rolein a secondary school, the headmaster, when this is a woman: the headmistress. About thissubject we present a case-study: the strict and repressed headmistress who is shown in “School ofrock” a film of Richard Linklater, released in 2003
