    Este trabajo se propone analizar las novelas Cometierra (2019) de Dolores Reyes y Distancia de rescate (2014) de Samanta Schweblin a partir de un enfoque crítico centrado en el cuerpo como lugar de percepción sensible, memoria y potencia política. Desde una perspectiva teórica que articula los aportes de Silvia Federici, Jeffrey Cohen, Maurice Merleau-Ponty y Mabel Moraña, se buscará indagar cómo estas narrativas construyen figuras femeninas marcadas por la sensibilidad, la monstruosidad y la violencia y cómo dichas configuraciones tensionan los límites entre lo humano y lo no-humano, lo materno y lo monstruoso. La hipótesis que orienta este trabajo sostiene que tanto Cometierra, protagonista de la novela homónima de Reyes, como Amanda, figura central de la obra de Schweblin, al ser marginadas por el orden social dominante, materializan modos de percepción corporal que adquieren una dimensión monstruosa y esta les permite revelar violencias invisibilizadas. A lo largo del trabajo se explorará el modo en que lo corporal funciona como una forma de inscripción del trauma y como vía de acceso a saberes no racionales, en el marco de tramas atravesadas por distintas violencias estructurales como el feminicidio sistemático y la contaminación ambiental.

    This paper aims to analyze the novels Cometierra (2019) by Dolores Reyes and Distancia de rescate (2014) by Samanta Schweblin from a critical perspective focused on the body as a site of sensitive perception, memory, and political power. From a theoretical perspective that articulates the contributions of Silvia Federici, Jeffrey Cohen, Maurice Merleau-Ponty and Mabel Moraña, this article seeks to investigate how these narratives construct feminine figures marked by sensitivity, monstrosity and violence, and how these configurations strain the boundaries between the human and the non-human, the maternal and the monstrous. The hypothesis that guides this paper maintains that both Cometierra, the protagonist of Reyes's homonymous novel, and Amanda, the main character in Schweblin’s work, materialize modes of bodily perception that, when marginalized by the dominant social order, acquire a monstrous dimension that allows them to reveal invisible violence. Throughout the work, we will explore how the body functions as a form of trauma inscription and as a means of accessing irrational knowledge, within the framework of plots crossed by various forms of structural violence, such as systematic femicide and environmental pollution.
