    La finalidad de la revisión, fue identificar en contenidos bibliográficos las guías de inclusión educativa en Latinoamérica, e inferir si su ejecución se ha convertido en un factor protector o de vulneración. A partir de algunos de los trabajos ya realizados surge este artículo de tipo contextual, donde se interpretaron 30 referencias bibliográficas en su gran mayoría indexadas. Llegando a la conclusión que la falta de conocimiento sobre política y procesos de muchos docentes y padres de familia, limitan la inclusión solo al acceso del estudiante, posterior a esto no se realizan efectivamente los respectivos ajustes en contenido, e infraestructuras.

    The purpose of the review was to identify the educational inclusion guides in Latin America in bibliographic content, and to infer whether their execution has become a protective or violating factor. From some of the work already carried out, this contextual article arises, where 30 bibliographic references were interpreted, the vast majority indexed. Coming to the conclusion that the lack of knowledge about policy and processes of many teachers and parents limits inclusion only to student access, after which the respective adjustments in content and infrastructure are not effectively made.
