    La orientación profesional es uno de los procesos más importantes en la vida de los estudiantes, que se forman en la actualidad en las Universidades de Ciencias Pedagógicas. Ella contribuye a que el colectivo pedagógico facilite desde su función orientadora su identidad profesional y la autodeterminación para lograr la permanencia en la carrera seleccionada. La Revolución Educacional reclama de un nuevo estilo de trabajo de directivos y profesores en el que se debe atender la diversidad y la individualidad de cada estudiante y se lleve a niveles superiores los resultados de la labor educativa.

    Career guidance is one of the most important processes in the lives of students currently studying at universities of educational sciences. It helps the teaching community to facilitate, through its guiding role, their professional identity and self-determination in order to ensure they remain in their chosen career. The Educational Revolution calls for a new style of work from administrators and teachers, in which the diversity and individuality of each student must be addressed and the results of educational work must be taken to higher levels.
