Tambiénaborda el desarrollo cultural y deportivo, incluyendo regatas, fútbol y la fundacióndel Ateneo Cultural en 1933, contribuyendo al crecimiento social de la localidad.

It also covers cultural and sports development, including regattas, football, and the founding of the Cultural Athenaeum in 1933, which contributed to the social growth of the locality.
