This study addresses the tension between the expansion of nautical infrastructure and the protection of marine ecosystems in areas of high tourist pressure. Based on an interdisciplinary approach and the principle of environmental sustainability, it proposes an integrated model for the management of moorings and anchorages that reconciles the use of the coastline with the protection of the public maritime-terrestrial domain. The model articulates the typological diversification of low-impact buoy and regulated anchorage infrastructures, differentiated pricing according to type and use, and the implementation of digital environmental monitoring systems. All of this is in strict compliance with current legislation and supported by recent scientific studies that demonstrate the impact of unregulated anchoring on Posidonia. The approach is therefore legally sound, economically efficient, and environmentally responsible, proposing solutions that are compatible with the constitutional protection of the environment and the rational management of public resources.
