    La Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en el ámbito militar transforma la toma de decisiones estratégicas, operacionales y tácticas, aportando análisis masivo de datos, autonomía y velocidad, pero plantea riesgos éticos y jurídicos. La falta de regulación específica y la dificultad para atribuir responsabilidades exigen reforzar el controlhumano significativo y la rendición de cuentas. Organismos como la ONU, OTAN, UE y el CICR promueven principios para garantizar que el uso de la IA respete el Derecho Internacional Humanitario y la seguridad global.

    Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the military transforms strategic, operational and tactical decision-making, providing massive data analysis, autonomy and speed, butposes ethical and legal risks. The lack of specific regulation and difficulty in assigning responsibilities calls for strengthening meaningful human control and accountability.Agencies such as the ONU, OTAN, UE and CIRC promote principles to ensure that the use of AI respects international humanitarian law and global security.
