Habilidades de organización, técnicas y motivación en el estudio en los estudiantes de primer semestre del nivel superior

    La indagación tuvo como finalidad detectar la problemática sobre las habilidades de estudio (HE) en la organización, las técnicas y también la motivación, de los estudiantes del primer semestre del nivel superior. Se realizó un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, del tipo descriptivo, transeccional, se utilizó una encuesta sobre las HE luego, se analizó con el estadístico para las ciencias sociales efectuando un análisis descriptivo, frecuencias y porcentajes. Los resultados develan en la organización, los estudiantes no disponen de un lugar para el estudio, no establecen prioridades, por encima, cuenta con distractores. En cuanto a las técnicas en el estudio, la falta de toma de notas, no realizan revisión minuciosa del examen, carecen de habilidades en los esquemas, no hacen resúmenes, ni lecturas rápidas. Finalmente, está la motivación, el aprendiente da más importancia a la diversión, divaga, considera la educación universitaria como anodina, considera existe una carga de trabajo extra clase, también enfatiza la poca comunicación con sus docentes. Para finalizar, considera que se da mucha importancia a la evaluación mediante el examen por consiguiente trata de pasar este al costo que sea, para no verse afectado en su desempeño.

    The purpose of the research was to detect the problem of study skills (SS) in the organization, techniques and also motivation of the learners of the first semester of the higher level. A study was carried out with a quantitative approach, of the descriptive, cross-sectional type, a survey on the SS was used then, it was analyzed with the statistician for social sciences carrying out a descriptive analysis, frequencies and percentages. The results reveal in the organization, the learners do not have a place for study, they do not establish priorities, above all, they have distractions. Regarding the techniques in the study, the lack of note taking, they do not carry out a thorough review of the exam, they lack skills in the schemes, they do not make summaries, nor do quick readings. Finally, there is the motivation, the learner gives more importance to fun, wanders, considers university education as dull, considers there is a workload outside of class, also emphasizes the poor communication with their teachers. Furthermore, he believes that a lot of importance is given to evaluation through exams, therefore he tries to pass them at any cost, so as not to be affected in his performance.
