  • The Author describes the working of the solidarity fund for redundant workers created in the bank sector through collective agreements authorised by the law. The Author shows the provisions for redundant workers contained in the fund and its financing. Then, she goes into an analyses of the juridical nature of the fund and of its functions. Finally, she tries to answer to the question of whether or not this model could be imitated in other sector excluded by the legislative social protection provisions for redundant workers.
