  • The Authors analyse the recent Bills about co-ordinated and continuous workers in relation to the doctrinal debate in the past decade. The Authors point out that such a debate have been put into projects of legislative reforms. In particular, they take into consideration Bill n. 2049 and Government project about a "works Statute", stressing the differences in the way co-ordinated and continuous work should be regulated.
